Health
Care Staffing
Hiring
is done primarily by referral (i.e. an AllStar health care professional refers another health care professional).
Screening is done by an RN.
Our employees are interviewed no less than three
times. The initial interview occurs when we first
meet our prospective employee. If this interview
proves successful, they are invited to take the
appropriate unit specific exam. We also, give
a medication exam when applicable. These exams
require a minimum passing score of 80%. Once the
appropriate exam(s) is passed the prospective
employee completes a formal application. The health
care staff at AllStar Staffing will verify all
current valid professional license's, certificates
or credentials. We will also verify the individuals
recent experience to ensure no less than one year
current experience within the last two years and
their current BLS and/or ACLS. At this time a
second interview is done. If both interviews are
positive, an orientation is scheduled.
Orientation
is to introduce AllStar Staffing expectations, standards, policies, procedures and JCAHO required in-services. The third interview occurs after completion of orientation. If the third interview goes well and all the general requirements have been met, including but not limited to an initial physical, vaccination record and drug screening, the prospective individual will become an AllStar Staffing employee.
AllStar Staffing's mission is twofold,
to provide quality care per diem and travel services to the healthcare community
